ABOUT BATTERIES
Our video brochures playback thousands of times for approximately 90 mins per charge. Each comes with a USB charging cable that is simple to use.
Once fully charged you should expect 90 minutes of continuous play.

A USB cable is included with every brochure to ensure the units can be recharged and content uploaded if necessary. Instructions on how to complete this task are included as well.
ABOUT MEMORY
Multiple factors such as data and bitrates determine the memory requirements. As a guide, 15 secs of 1080p video with a data rate of 8000 kbps and an audio bitrate of 320K requires approximately 20MB of memory.
ABOUT PRODUCTION OPTIONS
Yes, this is one of our video brochure’s best features. It’s as simple as connecting the supplied USB cable into the brochure and dragging and dropping your new video file onto the device.
We recommend mp4 as the preferred format.
We recommend jpg, with the resolution of no more than 2k, as the preferred format.

Ideally, we like to receive the video files no more than 2 days after the artwork is approved. This ensures the fast-tracking of your order and allows us to quality test your videos prior to factory dispatch. We do not charge for this service.
If this is not possible, you can complete the upload process in your office, or alternatively, we charge a small fee to do this on your behalf.
Yes we offer video production, video editing, and motion graphics production and our in house design team can conceptualize as well as design your video brochure.

Once your 50% deposit has been received and your creative is ready, we’ll send you a PDF proof to approve. Upon approval of this proof, you should allow a lead time of 4-5 weeks.
