Try to follow the print guidelines we forward you ensuring these are correct the first time they are sent to us. Ideally, we like to receive the video files no more than 2 days after artwork is approved. This allows us to quality test your videos prior to factory dispatch. If this is not possible you can complete the upload process in your office.
